Great Views!!
This condo is spacious! Lots of natural light! Great location to Mission Hospital (Im a travel RN) and downtown Asheville! Plus, the views are amazing! Hoping to go back Spring 2022!!

One mishap after another
Air conditioning quit working 3x in first month. Had to rearrange my work schedule to let workers in as landlord lives in Atlanta and has no property manager. Then water damage from AC problems caused 2nd bedroom ceiling to collapse and made the room unusable my entire stay as she never had it fixed. When moving out, we both signed the walk through paper work. She then emailed me that she found issues after I had left and added them to the paper we had already signed. Then subtracted from my deposit to pay for them. Not worth my time to argue over several hundred dollars. But do not rent from this woman. She is rude and unprofessional and her condo is not as advertised.
