I enjoyed my stay at Mr. McCoy's home. It was clean, quiet and very peaceful. Mr. McCoy was attentive to my needs, and a pleasant person to rent from. His home is beautifully decorated with art on each floor of the house, and even though there were other tenants, it was always very quiet, and the laundry room and kitchen were always available. Mr. McCoy's home felt like a sanctuary to me during my time in Baltimore.

This place is real nice it has a huge bedroom and a separate bathroom with all the utilities includes and the landlord is a gentleman too everyday he used to ask me whether i need something or is everything OK with my place. I really recommend this place.

I am a 24 year old female who stayed at this property for 3 months. This property was very nice and homey. Greg (the landlord) always made me feel very comfortable and was always asking if there were anything he could do to make my time here better. There is a separate parking spot in the back, and plenty of free street parking if needed. Large flat screen TV with ROKU in bedroom. A very large bed, closet, and bedroom. Very lovely time spent here and would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

I had a great overall stay and would recommend this place to anyone! I worked at St Agnes Hospital which was 15 mins away from his house. His house is in a perfect location, close to the highways, 5 mins UMD hospital, 10 mins from Hopkins, 10 mins from Inner Harbor & Downtown Baltimore. I never had to worry parking because he provided private parking. My room was on the third floor, very private, perfect for my long term stay. It was great to have an A/C unit you could control on your own, mini-fridge, microwave, desk and chair, and TV. There was also plenty of closet space, private en-suite bathroom, and private refrigerator in the kitchen was a plus as well. G was a wonderful host, I enjoyed his hospitality and I highly recommend staying here!

It was a great experience living in Gs house. I felt like living in my own house. He is always able to help you . And help you with concerns . Very quiet neighborhood. Will come back soon again

Although i was sad to leave, I enjoyed my stay here w/ Mr.G & the other tenants. He was very welcoming & accommodating to me consistently. My privacy was never an issue because of how huge the space is, everyone had their bedroom/bathroom space with mini fridge & microwave so i had that convenience of not always needing to go downstairs. Safety is always HUGE for me due to me coming & going late for shifts but the neighborhood is in a perfect & patrolled. The parking area is well lit & right at the back door. It was a pleasant stay & if im ever back in the area on assignment again, this would be my first place to check!

Enjoyed staying here. Had my own very spacious bedroom and private bathroom with mini-fridge and microwave in room. Was also provided w/ my own fridge in kitchen. Owner lives in home but is very respectful regarding shared spaces. Anything you bring to his attention he will attempt to fix/get in a timely manner, is understanding and personable. Another traveler lived in the home at the time as well and I never encountered any problems. Owner allows you to park in the back of the home, but street parking available. It was very close to where I was working (less than 10min drive JH). Close to highway access. I did feel safe in the area during the time I was there, which was one of my initial concerns, just made a point not be out alone too late and avoided sketchy areas. Room pictured is not the room I stayed in but general idea is the same. Allowed to do a walk through before i decided. Location is close to lots of good eats and the more popular areas (downtown, fed hill).

What can I say? Mr. G is one of the sweetest people that God has placed in my life. He was so hospitable from the day I moved in. He has so much wisdom, kindness and care in his heart. His home is absolutely beautiful. He has a genuine knack for art, its everywhere and so beautiful-like his soul. I was truly sad when I had to leave, he made his home feel like it was my own. I used to joke and say he reminded me of my late father, he truly cared about my well-being. Its been a month and I miss him dearly. Location was perfect for getting where you need to. Close to downtown, but not too close (which can be overwhelming once you learn the city). Rent with Mr. G, I promise you wont be disappointed.
