Great views
Me and my family spent two months here during the summer. The views of Lake Washington and Mercer Island were fantastic. Hanging out and grilling on the porch was our favorite part. There was a window unit on the top floor and a large air conditioner on the main floor. The owners are great as well.

Nice home with great views
My wife and I stayed at this property for 6 months during the winter 2023/spring 2024. The home is very comfortable and has all the essentials you may need for an extended stay. A pleasant surprise to us was that each bedroom and the living room had a nice flat screen TV. Each TV had a Roku or Amazon Fire stick for streaming. The home has great views of Lake Washington. Bald eagles and ospreys regularly perch on the top branch of a tree across the street. The home does have some binoculars but you may want to purchase your own since the ones provided are not great. I found myself reaching for my binoculars quite often due to the terrific view. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful view
Big house, amazing view of Lake Washington and an updated nice porch out back. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is cause it is on a pretty busy road so you will hear traffic. No AC but a ton a fans to keep you cool and about a mile from the light rail.
