Peaceful, clean and sparkling house

I stayed at this house during the summer of 2025, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The cleanliness there is truly unmatched, everywhere till the corner of the house is spotless, clean and sparkling. The environment is peaceful, the rooms are fully furnished, comfortable, and pretty affordable. Ms. Dee goes above and beyond to ensure everything remains in perfect condition, she regularly checks in and promptly attends to the house's needs. I fully recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene environment.

Good Value, and a Great Landlord as Well

I was really grateful to stay at this property for several months. The landlord Ms. Dee cares about making it a good place to stay, has it well furnished so you shouldn't need to bring anything, and also keeps a friendly eye out to ensure that tenants are behaving respectfully towards each other and the property. Rooms can cost a lot in the DMV area, so if you're looking to save money on rent, I'm pretty sure this is about as good an option as you'll get at the price point.

Ms. Dee is an amazing landlord and I am so lucky to have been acquainted with her during my time in Maryland. She really took time to make sure the house was clean, everyone in the house did their share around the house, and addressed any needs or concerns we had. My room was very clean when I initially moved in and she provided me with all the supplies I would have needed for my stay. With my busy hours as a medical student, I wouldn't have asked for anyone better or any place better to live for my 6 weeks in Maryland. Thank you so much Ms. Dee for making me feel at home away from my home!

Cozy

Ms. Dee's place is so cozy and warm. I loved staying there during my travel contract. My room was just what I needed. Her home is super clean, neat, and orderly. She has a cleaning service that comes out every week. There is a driveway to park your car. The neighbors are nice and wave to you. Ms. Dee is also kind and fair. I would stay here again. I'm actually going to miss this place alot.

Clean and Quiet with Attentive Landlord

This home is clean, quiet and the Landlord addresses concerns quickly and efficiently. She is always attentive to any concerns. Very Pleasant Stay.

Would definitely recommend

I feel very lucky to have found this place when I needed to stay a month in the College Park area. The house is very cozy and feels like a home. The kitchen is well-equipped - I was able to cook everything I wanted! Everything is in great condition. The neighborhood is also reasonably well connected to the public transportation system of the Metro area, which was nice because I didn't have a car during my stay. I couldn't have asked for better!

Clean, safe, has everything you need

I enjoyed the convenience of having everything I could need. Kitchen appliances, space in the fridge and pantry, plenty of storage in the bedroom. The blackout curtains were really helpful for my irregular work schedule which sometimes requires me to go to bed at 5:00 pm. Accommodations were always clean, and roommates were pleasant; no issues at all. Thank you!

The house was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The property manager was very kind and helpful.Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely would recommend!

Clean & peaceful!

This was a clean, nice, peaceful, safe place to live while I was in the area for work! (Travel OT). The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfy. Ms. D is very responsive and ensures that the etiquette/rules of the house are followed, such as the common areas being kept clean, quiet hours are respected, etc. Ms. D is always available for questions or concerns, and she addresses them appropriately. If only I could find a place like this to stay, in every city where my work takes me!!

Lovely stay

I stayed in this Hyattsville property for 2 months and would have gladly stay again in the future. The house is very well maintained and decorated with all necessary furniture and kitchen utensils provided. The property owner is very kind and great at communication. She responds to questions or concerns in a very timely manner. The neighbors were friendly and street parking was always available. I would recommend this property to anyone working in the area!
