Wonderfully cozy, excellent condition, perfect location near the beach

S and A are a wonderful mother/daughter duo that were super easy to work with, extremely accommodating, worked with us when we had work schedule changes before coming and letting us stay longer than anticipated, and they let us be and left us alone to live our lives but when we needed them they answered right away and were very helpful. The house is in excellent condition, decorated to feel like you're home, and the location is to die for. I'd buy the place if I could!! If you have a choice between anyone or anywhere else and any place rented from S and A then you should definitely choose S and A!

Great Studio Apartment

This was a great little studio apartment. The landlords were nice and accommodating, especially during the time of Covid. If you are looking for a month to month rental, I highly recommend you consider this apartment.
