Cozy Haven

Enjoyed this peaceful haven immensely. Found the home clean , comfortable , and the owner was responsive to my requests. The location felt safe, and it was a pleasure to walk around . Basically we had everything we needed there. The grocery was close. M and A were an easy drive . Would happily return to this lovely home.

Cozy stay

My sister and I stayed at 101 West for several months. It is a super cozy home with plenty of space. Big back yard, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood and easy walk to downtown Talent. Beatrice was always available via email or phone and responded promptly. We extended our stay a few times and she was flexible and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. All money exchanges were done via PayPal, we had no issues and it was very quick, easy and safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Best Place ever! / friendliest most helpful owner/landlord ever!! Very quiet relaxing spacious ,well equipped home.

I have travelled the world and this was my favorite place so far! The place has a huge backyard very private with an amazing Gazebo type structure from Thailand. All around this house is a dream place! It has a nicely decorated living room with interesting decor displaying very classy works of art. It has a well equipped kitchen with a great gas stove/oven and a huge modern fridge. 2 bedrooms also nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to yard. Very quiet and relaxing . Beatrice the owner is amazingly helpful and kind and welcoming .I Recommend it.

Great location

I liked this house and would definitely stay here again. I loved the house's location - a pleasant 10 minute walk to wonderful cafes and restaurants in downtown Talent, and easy drive to Ashland or Medford. The beautiful backyard is spacious and peaceful with comfortable outdoor furniture and accessible wifi. I spent many enjoyable hours there --eating breakfast, watching birds, working on projects on my laptop, and watching the stars come out at night.
