Very Affordable and Cozy

Very comfortable and private apartment, with amenities that included washer and dryer in unit. Temperature in the apartment was always comfortable even in the hot summer, never really needed the AC, but it worked really well when it was on. Maxine was very kind and accommodating, and very responsive to my requests when needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an affordable, quiet and comfortable apartment..

very good stay

My whole stay in the place was absolutely very good. Having a private space, own washer and dryer. close to church, close to some food chains. Maxine is so nice to consider my few days extension when I requested.

RUN

Electric is questionable with multiple strip to plug things in. I was expected to wash towels and linen prior to leaving. I was given 1 bath,hand towel, a wash cloth. As I was leaving I didn't check my coffee cup (mine), coffee was on the towel as I wiped it out which made it unusable." She expects you to clean everything so the next person can move in and she charges $100 cleaning fee". When I moved in, multiple items left in the fridge and freezer, one of which was a steak with an expiration date of 12/23!!! She called me a liar and stated that her' cleaning lady' would have made her aware. The portable a/c" unit which blows as much hot air as cold. It was 85 degrees at night in the basement the first week. 2 fans it stayed between 75-80.The handy man was scheduled without asking me, and had been in the apt without my knowing it.i know this, because things were moved that didn't need to be to work on the ac. She is the only landlord out of 4 that didn't return 100% of deposit
