Freestanding charmer in Frelard
We spent six wonderful months at Matt and Amy's place.The location is excellent, right in our favorite part of Seattle, and Matt and Amy were always around if we needed anything. For a relatively small cottage, it really does have just about everything you could want. We hope to stay again in the future!

a wonderful individual home
I stayed with Matt and Amie for a month and loved all of it. I stayed with Matt and Amie for a month and loved it all. They are easy and helpfull, the neighborhood is quiet and well located for the unique Ballard area. The cozy house itself is brand new, very thoughtfully designed, clean, with everything you need. It has a little outdoor space and a privat parking spot. I will love to come back.

Great little home!!
Amy and Matt are amazing hosts! The house is beautifully structured and doesn't feel like a small space, but feels spacious and homey. I enjoyed spending winter/spring here so much because there are so many windows and the light comes a lot. Highly highly recommend, a really great experience from all aspects!!
