Cant get any better!

This is the perfect rental I was looking & hoping for! Yvonne is the best! She gives you your privacy yet is available if needed. I not only enjoyed my stay but made a new friend! I only wish my contract didnt have to end. Harley is her pup! Shes extremely well behaved and I will miss her. The property is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The private entrance is awesome! So, for those with lots of call and or crazy hours this is perfect. Santee is a great town with lots of shopping and restaurants. It is approximately 30 mins from San Diego. The weather is perfect. I will stay with Yvonne again if ever theres a contract I can get close by!

The perfect stay at this home away from home!

As a traveling RN you never know what type of property you're walking into and what sort of host you will be dealing with. I am so incredibly grateful to have stayed at Ys very spacious, quiet, clean and private home away from home in Santee, CA. She was always so very helpful, communicative, friendly and an overall lovely host that made my stay in SoCal such a pleasure, especially a beautiful place like San Diego. The drive to my hospital was within 5-10 min., the gym was right down the street, awesome/delicious restaurants are nearby, and the wonderful oceans only 15-20 min. away, so this place was perfect at all fronts = location, pricing, all amnesties and overall experience with the host. If I'm ever down in those parts again I would definitely be requesting to stay here. Yvonne really made me feel at home and I will forever be thankful for her kindness, sincerity, consistency and generosity. Thank you again Y and best wishes to all future residents!

Exceeds ALL Expectations for a rental

Ive been a travel RN for 15 years and have stayed in many rentals however this one is by far the best. Yvonne is an amazing person who aims to please and goes above and beyond all expectations. Her newly renovated home provides you the privacy and comfort one would want while away from home. Yvonne provides you with all the simple luxuries that is sometimes hard to come by with rentals. Private entrance through her beautiful backyard into your clean/fully furnished master suite/private bath/ along with kitchenette- also this is the one and possibly only property that offers you garage parking too! She respects your privacy however is quick to inquire about anything you might need. Her property is very neat/organized/ and clean. The property location is ideal with quick access to I 8, freeway/hwy 67, and freeway/hwy 52. Convenient shopping, grocery stores, fitness gyms also with 5-8 minutes drive time along with walking/biking trail less than 1/8 mile from her home. The Best Rental!!
