This guest house was built over the original caretakers cottage and is on the grounds of an 1882 historical home. It is on a private hill right in the middle of downtown Cape. Private and secluded. There Is a loft area for viewing the Mississippi River. The furnishings are extremely contemporary. It is owned by two retired professors. The wife is an interior designer.
