Great location

I stayed here while a travel nurse. The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy. Close to 14th street shops, metro and shuttle to get to hospitals. Great home away from home

DO NOT BOOK !!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE ! I rented this place for a nine week clinical rotation and I had to move out abruptly after two weeks... There are mice on the property. She has a mouse blocker machine right next to the couch that constantly makes mouse-like noises that is CONVENIENTLY not shown on the pictures. She did not communicate with me that she had this machine prior to move in and after two dead mice found on the porch (pictures taken), it was best to leave. If you are here looking for an affordable places, DO NOT book here spend the extra $100 or $200 and find yourself a rodent-free property. When I explained my concerns to the landlord and asked for a refund of my security deposit she refused and continuously said, "You are in D.C. I have no control of mice on the property. Yes, I did not let her know I had left until after I moved to another place, but I had to leave as it is threatening to your safety.
