Lovely space, neighborhood & host

The location is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You will be so close to one of the most beautiful parks, a great farmers market, and a street with great shops and restaurants. Street parking was always easy to find right outside the house. I always felt safe at night and the house has a streetlight right out front. The unit is clean and modern. It has 2 great windows- large for a basement unit. The bed is large and very comfortable. The shared space is a very nice perk as well, I almost always had it to myself during my stay! The kitchen is great, it had everything I needed to cook during my 3 month stay. I would definitely recommend this property. R is a very respectful, responsive, and kind host. She even gifted me some produce from her garden. This spot is a great find in terms of space, location, and price!
