Ocean View 1 BR 2 Bath Luxury Unit

This 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is a very upscale, modern apartment that is perfect for anyone staying for short periods of time- 3 month commitments are preferred, but can be longer. As a travel nurse, the owner was very flexible with my schedule. Floor-to-ceiling windows make it a spacious apartment with vast surrounding ocean views. The bedroom is cozy, and fully equipped with a large closet. The 2 full bathrooms have modern, recently renovated showers that will leave you wishing there wasnt a water shortage in California. With an open-floored kitchen and dining/living area, this apartment has it all. The back patio is perfect for watching sunsets over the ocean, or grilling out on hot summer nights. The neighborhood is great for daily exercise and friendly conversations. While nestled in an oasis at the top of a hill overlooking Ventura, its a quick bike ride to downtown and local nightlife and shopping. Very enjoyable stay.

Best unit!

This unit has been by far the best unit I have ever stayed at in California! I have absolutely no complaints. The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns/questions. The view is immaculate and the unit itself is very clean and exactly as presented in the photos. I will most definitely be coming back if I decide to sign another contract in Ventura!

Ocean view, one bedroom, two bath luxury unit

Beautiful apartment with stunning ocean views! Newly renovated, quiet unit with everything you need and want. Bedroom with good mattress and large closet, 2 luxurious bathrooms with walk in showers. Kitchen is compact but open to dining and living space. Apartment is more spacious than photos show with high ceilings and windows with ocean view. Lovely large outdoor space a bonus. Truly loved the time I spent here. Landlord is a great host and there when you need him. Kind and respectful person!

The Best Home Away From Home

When I first arrived in Ventura my first and utmost concern was safety followed by convenience of location. This property delivered everything I could imagine, spacious private living, great views of the ocean as well as the city and so conveniently located to the job (3 minutes). And My Host, he was spectacular my safety concerns were put to rest upon our first contact. My privacy was never intruded upon. I felt welcomed comfortable and secure. It was truly a home away from home for me! Everything is as described and more. You will mot be disappointed. You couldnt make a better choice than this Ocean View 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Luxury Unit.
