Amazing Space, Location, and Host!!

Marian's place was an absolute gem! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and cozy everything was, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Marian was an exceptional hostalways available, responsive, and ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. Her warmth and attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, especially for those needing proximity to UMCAP hospital, which was just a short drive away. Plus, being so close to Washington DC opened up endless opportunities for fun activities, from sightseeing to dining. Having Aldi, Costco, and Walmart all within a 7-8 minute drive was incredibly convenient for stocking up on essentials. I wholeheartedly recommend Marian's place to everyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located home base. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome stay

Property was very clean, quiet environment, minutes from grocery store and pharmacy and a few miles from DC and VA. The landlord was very accommodating, sweet and understanding. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance.

I recommend

The location is great. It is near the Landover Metro Station that can take you into DC easily, parking at this metro station on the weekends is free. It is also near the New Carrollton Station that has the Amtrak and made for easy access to NYC. The neighborhood is not inviting, but I had no problems. Parking is on the street. There is no easy walkway from the front of the house to the door in the back, but the backyard bbq area is nice. The space is exactly how it appears in the photos. I enjoyed my time here. I recommend talking through the contract with Marian before signing, just to have a solid understanding with each other. She is very timely on communication. I recommend this Furnished Finder.
