Cozy home away from home

The Sparkling studio apartment in downtown Apex was a perfect little spot for my 4 month stay and the owners were beyond compare. It was super clean upon arrival and well-appointed with a starting supply of lots of the basic consumables. The size was great for me and the little nook in the closet gave my son a neat little place to hang out when he came to stay. The tankless hot water worked well for filling up the tub for some post-workout recovery. The nice neighborhood and proximity to downtown Apex made it a fantastic place to get in a lot of enjoyable walks. There are several great places in downtown Apex for a delicious bite to eat or a drink.

New! Bright! immaculate!

This is a brand new studio apartment with quality appliances. You won't find another furnished rental with a FULL kitchen like this one! Large bathroom, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, and cozy living area. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood and could easily get to the downtown and shopping areas. I'm a travel nurse and I stayed for an extended contract with UNC Rex Hospital. It's only 15 minutes to the hospital from here and easy highway traffic all the way. Owners Connie and Justin were always helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!
