New Construction - Single, Detached, 2-Story Unit - Prime Location

Great Property

I stayed at this property for 10 months and it was a pleasant experience. M and S were great and very accommodating the house is very comfortable and more than enough space for 1 plus a pup. The house is close to parks, walkable to hiking trails, close by several grocery stores. It's a very convenient location to a lot of hospitals. Be mindful its still Oakland so be sure to protect you valuables and keep nothing in you car.

Great stay in a cute Oakland neighborhood

This was the perfect place to stay during my travel assignment. The unit is new and well maintained. Everything you need as far as household items is included as well as having a w/d, and the bed was very comfortable! Street parking is readily available right in front of the house, even coming home from work at 4am, I never had an issue. The hosts were so nice to send reminders about street cleanings. The unit has no shared walls and felt very private. It's in a great part of Oakland with lots to do, and felt very safe. The hosts were both great and very nice people. They communicated well with me and were prompt in answering questions. The deposit was mailed back within a few days of leaving. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Home away from home

I really enjoyed my time at this cute little apartment. It comes equipped with everything you need and is just enough space for a girl and her pup! Everything is new and clean, the family that lives in the main house are very sweet and hospitable. They are friendly but are sure to give you space, if thats what you prefer. The neighborhood is safe and has everything youd need in walking distance - a huge park next door, all the bars and restaurants your heart could desire, and accessibility to many different parts of east bay. Ill for sure miss this place!

Lovely stay!

S and M were fantastic hosts! They were always quick to respond during my stay. They always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo traveling nurse. I had everything I needed in terms of kitchenware, household items, towels, linens. I liked that I had my own entrance so I could come and go without disturbing the hosts. I also had my own private washer and dryer which were conveniently located right outside my door. I would highly ommend staying at S and M property!

Fantastic stay in Oakland/Berkeley, CA

Stan and Monika were great hosts. The place was new, clean and with easy parking available on the street. They were quickly accommodating with any questions or concerns we had while staying there. The place is furnished with clean and useful furniture with clean and useful furniture, kitchen and bath supplies making for a comfortable stay. If we had worked longer in the area we would have liked to stay longer here. Highly recommend for any short or long-term stay.
