Great Home

We sold our home in Austin in May and needed a furnished rental for about six monthsand we are so happy we found this place. The neighborhood is incredible, and the house itself is cute, comfortable, and welcoming. Our dog has loved the nightly walks and the park just around the corner. Kevin is an exceptional landlord (now a friend!) who truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. We couldnt recommend this place more highly!

Amazing Property and Host

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The host is one of a kind, making sure we had everything we needed for an extended stay. The property is amazing in itself, completely furnished in style, spacious, and personal touches to make one feel completely at home. The unit came fully stocked with even the little things such as detergent, soap, paper towels, seasonings for cooking, etc. Anytime we had a minor repair needed the host jumped on it within 24-hours or less. The unit is located in the most prime location of Austin, TX where you can feel safe and in the midst of everything great the city has to offer. We are very thankful for our time here and would 10/10 do it all over again. 5-star stay, 5-star host, and 5-star value for price and amenities.

Great place

We moved from North Carolina to Texas with a newborn baby, and stayed here for 2 months while looking for permanent housing. This was the perfect home for our move to Texas. The location amazing, with nearby dining, shopping, parks, and outdoor activities. Kevin is a great host, and went out of his way to make use feel welcome. We used the new grill nearly every weekend, and loved our morning strolls around the neighborhood. The place is well decorated, with everything you need, and immediately felt like home. We would highly recommend.
