Wonderful location. Nice sitting area on side of the house, very clean. Fenced in back yard w/pool and gas grill w/patio. The room has a Queen size pull-out sofa bed beside a Queen adjustable/bed with a foam mattress with w/separate bathroom. Private entrance. The property is well lit at night and a Very Safe area.
Space
We would consider pets on a case by case basis, we have 2 dogs. Pool is maintained by a professional company every Wed. We prefer Medical Professionals. No laundry onsite however cleaners and laundromat, restaurants, and shopping 3 blocks away. We would consider a 2 month rental at $1500 a month w/deposits/3mo $1200 month w/deposits Available March 15th 2026

Excellent location
Excellent location in a very safe and quiet street located close to shopping and Winter Park. The owner lives next door and is very responsive and makes your stay very pleasant. Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Mother in law suite
Nice attached mother-in-law studio w/comfy bed n couch. Able to park in front of own door. Quiet neighborhood. Any concerns were addressed quickly. B even gave me a gallon of water to wash out my dyed hair after text for water shut off emergency in main home.

What a great find!
What lovely people to deal with and for the money I had a huge efficiency filled with everything from toilet paper two hangers to garbage bags everything I could want totally private my own door in the huge bathroom plenty of closets and dressers A beautiful sofa and a bed with a comfort controller I could go on and on I loved my stay here it was truly a great find

Mother in law suite
Safe and private suite in a quiet neighborhood! Landlords will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible!!! I couldnt sleep on the sofa sleeper so they bought me a bed!! Couldnt say enough on how great they were.

Comfortable, safe, ideal mother-in-law suite
I am SO thankful for this property and its landlords. The suite is attached to the landlords' home but is completely private with its own front door. As a female graduate student in my final internship, this property was perfect for me because I had privacy but felt very safe knowing the landlords were next door if I ever needed anything. This furnished room has everything you could need -- cooking appliances (the air fryer was my favorite), dishes/utensils, hangers, towels, etc. The closet and two large dressers provided plenty of space for my clothes. Not to mention, I could not have asked for better landlords. They are so gracious, helpful, and understanding. I am always "coming and going" and have absolutely loved the freedom to do so at this home. I highly recommend this mother-in-law suite. I would probably never leave if I weren't moving out of state!
