Amazing place and host!

We could not have wished for a better home! Comfortable, clean, private, and avocado tree! Erin has an amazing family, and it was always a comfort seeing them around. They were also extremely diligent when the wifi was slow, and had someone install a new modem and router in a timely manner. Now the wifi is amazing! 10/10 experience.

lovely place and lovely host!

the unit was well equipped and the place was thoroughly clean and neat upon move in that it was so easy to settle and relax. The beds were so comfy i sleep like a baby every night. The neighborhood is safe and i can easily bike to the beach on my off days. The added fence with a mini outdoor space was a nice touch for sense of privacy. I really appreciate that the host is there in person and can help when questions and issues arise. My favorite part I must say is the avocado tree on the yard! Thanks Erin for the great time here

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay in safe location near the beach! I stayed with a classmate and we had plenty of privacy. E lives next door so if we ever ran into any problems (far and few between), she was there to help out quickly. We were lucky enough to stay during avocado season and were able to enjoy the many avocados from the tree in the front yard. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect 6 Month Stay

I was originally supposed to only be here for one month. My contract ended up being extended to a total of 6 months and this property was perfect! I loved the location.. close to the beach and a short drive to many outdoor activities. I rented it just by myself and it worked great when I had family visit from out of town, but would be perfect for a traveling pair as well. Erin and her family were also very accommodating and kind.. very respectful of privacy as well! The property has its own separate yard area with entrance, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. All of which are great to have when renting short-term/furnished rentals. I have no complaints about the property.. my stay was great and I was very sad to leave.
