A Cozy, Thoughtful Home Away from Home

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely furnished rental the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and felt like home right away. The kitchen was so well-stocked with features that I actually cooked for the first time in ages! The location is ideal, with beautiful parks just minutes away. The owners were communicative and thoughtful, checking in just enough without ever feeling intrusive. The space was designed with care, and it really shows. Id happily stay here again and recommend it!!

Excellent stay!

I have loved my stay here. The apartment pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful. What started out as a 3 month stay has turned into over a year and now with full time employment, I've secured my own place. Jeff and Brenda have been very kind and accommodating. The private apartment has great amenities. It comes with everything you can need. Towels, extra bed linens and pillows, kitchen tools, etc. The garbage and laundry service are excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Seasonal Stay

From the start, everything was very accommodating and easily accessible. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with walking trails in the back. The owners are very respectful of your space and making sure you are comfortable during your stay. I would strongly recommend this place!

Comfortable with well stocked kitchenware

Beautiful location near a woodsy walking trail. Roomy space for a single or adequate for a couple. Thoughtfully stocked kitchenware that allows you to cook and bake. Nice TV with great streaming options. Safe neighborhood. Very accommodating landlords who respond quickly to any concerns or the occasional needed repair.

Don't miss staying here

The apartment is comfortable, attractive and outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are friendly, available and helpful. The location is convenient to Vienna, Reston and Fairfax. Because it is located in a private home in a well kept and scenic neighborhood, you have the sensation that you are not in an apartment at all. Staying in this quiet retreat has enabled us to relax in the middle of a stressful period of transition. Moving from our own home to a rental property, we did not know what to expect. The owners have made this transition easy and comfortable. If we were ever in need of another apartment, we would be eager to be able come back.

Couldn't ask for more

We are staying at the garden apartment now, waiting for our permanent home to be built. The property is comfortable and attractive, and the hosts are available and accommodating. The kitchen, bath, and bedroom are well supplied. The setting--a quiet, beautifully maintained residential neighborhood--is perfect; it feels like a home. We're really happy we found it!

Great Property

The property is exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and feels quite safe. The home and grounds are well maintained. You have everything that you need. Abundant amount of kitchen supplies, plenty of linen (towels, washcloths, bedding), spacious living room and bedroom, and a good sized bathroom. There is no in-unit washer and dryer, however, the homeowners provide laundry services at no additional cost. The unit does not have it's own thermostat, and therefore is controlled by by the homeowners. You can discuss with them what type of temperature setting you would like for your comfort. The family is absolutely amazing. They are so nice and care about getting to know their tenets, which I greatly appreciated. It is perfectly located if you are working at Reston Hospital and is about a 10min drive to the hospital.

Easy living

This is a nice property, ideal of working in and around Reston. The space has everything you need and is furnished nicely. The neighborhood is great for walking or running with trails near by. You cant beat the price for the amenities.

Garden apt

I stayed at the garden apartment for about 4 months and it was perfect! The photos dont do the apartment justice for how nice it is. Great hosts, very attentive to needs and respond quickly. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Garden Apartment

Overall, I really enjoyed my time in this spacious apartment. The owners were attentive to all of our needs that came up during our stay. Great neighborhood with lots of biking and walking/jogging trails. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that would be living in the area.
