Renting this home was a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, beautifully updatedespecially the kitchenand has a lovely patio. Its exceptionally well-maintained and located in a safe, walkable neighborhood just steps from Proctors shops, restaurants, and green spaces. The landlord, R, is truly outstanding: responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. This rental is a gem with a landlord who genuinely cares. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Neighborhood, Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved staying at this property and ended up extending our stay. The house is very spacious, charming, homey, and well equipped for travelers. Ray has great communication skills and is very accommodating with requests. We also loved going for walks around the Proctor neighborhood. A lot of grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance and the property is also near the waterfront. Couldn't have asked for a better location or better stay!

House of my dreams!

If you want to live in the best house, in the best neighborhood in Tacoma, with the best landlord- look no further! I cannot say enough good things about my stay and was truly devastated to leave. The neighborhood is so safe, quiet, and walkable to Puget Park and the Proctor District shops and Farmer's Market. Having R as a landlord was a dream. Thank you for the best 6 months living in a house I'll never forget!

Beautiful neighborhood

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great place for long walks and quick trips up to Proctor district. The home is very well maintained and beautiful with a nice modern kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner is great and always available should you have questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our time in North Tacoma.

Great house, great landlord, great location

I loved everything about renting this place. The house is beautiful and spacious- I particularly enjoyed the large/updated kitchen and the patio outside. The whole house is well taken care of and maintained. In addition to the home itself, the landlord R has customer service that is out of this world!! He is always available to contact with questions, and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your satisfaction while you are renting the place. Location is just a few minutes walk from the heart of Proctor, so cute shops and restaurants are right nearby, as well as access to the Puget Creek Natural Area right on the corner. The area as a whole felt really safe, which was important to me living alone at the time and walking around often. Overall, its a great house, great landlord, and great location. This place is a steal, and R is truly the most above-and-beyond landlord I've ever rented from. 10/10.

Travel Nurse stay

This home was perfect for our stay in Tacoma! The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable to all of the Proctor shops/ restaurants. The house itself has been newly updated and was very spacious and clean. The landlord was always easy to reach and available for anything we needed.
