Safe, Comfortable Studio

Hilda was a great host and always made sure everything was going well. It was private and well accommodated. I had a great time and would come back if needed.

Ideal Studio

This is a great sized studio in a beautiful neighborhood. I love to cook and it's difficult to find rentals that have space and supplies, so I was happy to find this place! The area is very quiet and the landlords are very nice and responsive. There is plenty of street parking and access to a washer and dryer was great!

Best Rental Experience

I had a really great stay at this house! It was super clean and neat when I arrived, and all the cooking stuff was already there, so I didnt have to worry about anything. The host even provided some basics to get me started, which was a nice surprise. The host was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The pool is also available for use! When I mentioned that the air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly, they immediately took action and bought a brand new one to replace it. Overall, it was a great experience, and Id definitely stay here again!

Peaceful cottage

I had the pleasure of staying in this cottage at a very safe neighborhood in San Jose. Its not too far from the freeways and the surrounding neighborhood is so cute! The cottage had a full size fridge which is great for this home cook. There are also great dining options nearby. The only downfall for me was the shower being a little challenging as a 57 woman and the mattress I wasnt too fond of. The landlords are very kind and respectful, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

I am so grateful I was able to call this place home from February-December 2022. The neighborhood is great and quiet, and the property owners are kind, helpful, and respectful. They have created the ideal space for solo, female traveling nurses to feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing property and hosts

I stayed in H and P's cottage for nine months while I was working at El Camino Los Gatos and it was such a great experience. They are so kind and welcoming and consistently made sure I had everything I needed. The cottage is super cute, comfortable, in a great location, and has everything you need. I can't recommend this property more highly.
