Cozy and comfortable stay in an amazing area. The location is perfectvery close to the hospital and convenient to everything Vermont has to offer. The space was clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The landlord was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!!! Amazing view from the front porch for morning coffee and enjoying the wildlife! neighbors are very friendly !

Everything you could need!

I have enjoyed my stay here so much! It has been very comfortable and spacious. It is an old, adorable, renovated farmhouse apartment with lots of windows, tastefully decorated, a mountain view, huge covered front porch, huge bedroom closet, full bath, full kitchen, quiet, respectful neighbors, private parking, and only a couple miles to the hospital, grocery, or town of Morrisville. The landlord is easy to reach and replied to any of my questions or concerns in a timely manor. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I'd say do it!

Rural Haven

Oh,, I certainly enjoyed my stay!! This is a great little apartment - it's been perfect for me. Excellent mattress, great front porch, and responsive landlords. I liked having washer and dryer, and a decent set of knives in the kitchen. I also enjoyed being able to plant a little herb garden. I can't really think of any negatives. Everything I needed was here! plus, it is just a stone's throw from the village and from Hyde Park. Thanks so much for such a sweet place to stay.

Home away from home.

I am a travel nurse and stay in renal property all over the nation. It is important to me that the home I rent feels as much like home as possible as I stay for several months. This little home was perfect. It was clean with country charm. Quiet with an amazing view. Good neighbors and location. I have recommended this property to everyone. This is by far the best property for the money in the area. This property will go fast I know for sure. Parking is excellent. No WD but the local laundromat isnt far and they said they are going to be putting one in. They upgraded the kitchen and driveway while I stayed there and it looked great. Excellent people to rent from.

July 22 Review

This apartment is an ideal spot for one or two people! Its a five minute drive from everything you could need including Copley Hospital, the grocery store, the rail trail, and multiple restaurants. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and has all the amenities you might need including a stocked kitchen, linens, and towels. There is also an area to sit on the porch with a gorgeous view of Mt Elmore. The owners are prompt to respond to texts/calls and are attentive. There is a large, paved driveway for easy parking and the nearby roads are paved as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!
