Truly a beautiful property, and just as pictured! It's the perfect balance between privacy without feeling isolated. You have your own parking space, the neighborhood is safe, and the location is very accessible. Not to mention, the garden is gorgeous with daily views of beautiful hummingbirds. The hostess is the most accommodating and kind person that you can encounter, and often goes above and beyond. She truly makes you feel at home! Once you're there you won't want to leave!

Absolutely perfect place! It has all the amenities you need. Located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet area of Willow Glen with tons of entertainment options, great dining, and shopping all close by. You have access to street parking in front of house and private side entrance to backyard. The owner is very accommodating, friendly, and prompt to remedy and issues that arise. As a travel nurse, it was a perfect place to rent while away from family. I will miss opening up the back double doors to the lanai for a nice morning cup of coffee or an evening of star gazing. Highly recommend considering this rental. 10 stars

Highly recommend, sad to leave

Wow, I sound like a broken record, but what a great property. Chose it because it reminded me of my home and reviews were good. So very happy with this decision. The unit is very comfortable, the mattress is lovely, linens are great. I enjoy cooking, the kitchen was very good. The unit is sunny, but with good shades to block out light. Clean and well-equipped. The location is great, very safe to park on the street and go running/walking after work. Grocery stores, CVS Starbucks, and restaurants in walking distance. Gym is 1.2 miles away. D is fantastic, a perfect landlord. She will look after you or give you distance if that is what you prefer. I am so sorry to leave this place, learned to love San Jose. I would 100% rent again if back in the area.

Excellent Property, Even Better Hostess

Cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner. It was clean and had everything I needed, and the hostess even provided a few starter items. The location is amazing, close to everything you need and it's a very safe neighborhood. She also has two very friendly pups that are always excited to greet you. The hostess is very kind and considerate and goes out of her way to make it a comfortable stay. I would 100% stay again.

This is an amazing property!! If you are looking for a very nice,safe,and quiet home away from home, this is the property for you! The size and many amenities in this new Casita is just perfect! I highly recommend this beautiful Casita as well as the wonderful host, Debra and her little puppies!!
