Enjoy my 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom single family home, which is perched on a canyon with no neighbors to the back. The views of the canyon are epic! I used to rent the master bedroom to travel nurses, but am now renting the entire furnished house while I travel. Less than a mile from SHARP Memorial Hospital and Rady's Children Hospital, and a short drive from SeaWorld and the beach.

Great place to stay
This house is well furnished and in a safe quiet neighborhood. I had a great experience staying here for my contract at UCSD. Centrally located, it's easy to get downtown San Diego as well as to La Jolla in 15 minutes. The kitchen is well furnished with anything you'd need. All rooms are comfortable and have a closet space. The star of this house is the patio. It really makes the stay 5 stars. New appliances and a washer dryer in the garage. The house has great street parking as well as spots for 2-3 cars in the drive way. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking pets at all hours. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in San Diego!

Amazing Place
Js place was great during our stay. He was very responsive to an issues that came up. The house is in a great central location that puts you 15 minutes away from downtown, the beach, and great restaurants. If you work at Radys its also a short walk there. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Female Travel RN stayed for 2 months
I am a female Travel RN that stayed here for my 2-month contract at KP. J was a great host, friendly, laid back, welcoming and not loud. I really enjoyed my stay and the space. I wish I could have stayed longer, but needed to get back to TX after my contract. I highly recommend this space. You will get to rent the master suite which has its own door onto the patio and its own bathroom. The patio has amazing views also, which is soothing after a hard shift. His house also has patio access from the front, so if you don't want to use the front door, you do have that option. -J-

Lovely Place
I am a travel nurse who stayed at Joey's place with another friend for a short six week contract. Joey is awesome, the place is in a good neighborhood, 10 minutes from anything worth going to, including several beaches, surfing, scuba diving, restaurants and shopping. My friend and I also both felt comfortable there as females in our mid-thirties. This place is in the perfect location for travelers who are going to Zion because you will most likely go to SDMC and its close to that as well. Joey is laid back, friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay at Casa De La Joey.
