I stayed at this residence during the summer in Kentucky for an RN contract at a local hospital. The living space was roughly a 10x10 room with a queen mattress that is very stiff placed on a noisy wooden bed-frame. The bathroom is shared with the owner. The bathroom is crowded with a shower chair which I had to move every time and colostomy/catheter supplies. The house was kept at 77-79 degrees. Again, this was in the middle of summer. I worked 5-6 nights a week to not be here. Additionally, I have not received my $450 security deposit after reaching out to the owner and requesting it numerous times. This may be due to giving a one week notice that I would be leaving due to my contract ending abruptly. Although, I moved out prior to starting a new month. Do not rent to travelers if you cant play the same game we all play with contracts.
