Excellent host

I had a great experience staying here. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were always friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality made my stay comfortable and truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place with wonderful hosts. Thank you for making my time here such a positive experience!

Home away from home

My stay here was very comfortable. Marilou and her family are extremely thoughtful and considerate. They truly welcomed me into their home. All the essentials were available and accessible. I work night shift and sleeping during the day was never an issue. The space was always quiet and clean. I would stay here again.

If hospitality was a person!

I stayed here for a recent clinical rotation in California, and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable right away. The landlord made sure I had everything I needed, and she showed me what true hospitality means. She kept the house clean, and her home was decorated well. She was kind and respectful, and the home was in a safe and peaceful residence, which provided me with a nice place to unwind and study when I got home.On top of everything her lovely home provided, the landlord always made sure that her tenants were taken care of, even if that meant her making them a plate of food so that they had something to eat when they got home. If I am ever again in the area, I would most definitely rent with her again.

Quiet, safe, comfy and close to hospitals!

Ive stayed at this location twice since traveling to Saint Bernadine Medical center and I would definitely return here and rent again in a heartbeat if I was working in the area. Its a quiet and safe neighborhood (given the surrounding areas are not too safe, this neighborhood is actually very safe and I never had any problems). M is an amazing host, very welcoming and always makes sure that you have what you need- blankets, heaters, fans, snacks etc. It took me less than 5 mins to drive to Saint Bees from the house. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend. If youre a healthcare professional and looking to rent in the area just choose this place! :)

Awesome host

M L was an amazing host. She has created a warm, welcoming environment that made my stay very enjoyable. She cooked Sunday lunch for the other guests and I. Her and her family are truly kind and genuine people. I would recommend staying at Parkdale Living to anyone.

Welcoming and Serine

I am a night shift nurse and this was an amazing place to stay. There is plenty of space. It is quite, peaceful and serine. There is a view of the mountains from many of the windows especially the kitchen, an outdoor areas to eat or relax, as well as a pool to swim in during the summertime. A large spacious kitchen to cook in For me it was a home away from home. This wonderful home is less than 2 miles from St Bernadines Medical Center.
