Great place to stay

S Sanctuary was a perfect place to stay for two months while receiving treatments. Everything was close by including a good choice of grocery stores. The two bedrooms were roomy and I was pleased with the mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped which was nice since I cooked most meals. Having a washer / dryer was a great convenience. I enjoyed the back patio in the late afternoons as a nice quite place to unwind. I felt safe & secure in the home. Being able to park my car in the garage was a bonus, especially with the pop up thunderstorms. All in all I was glad I found S Sanctuary.

Professional despite being cancelled

I worked with the owner, but my contract was cancelled. I am so sad that I didnt get the opportunity to stay at this beautiful place, but after my interactions and very prompt return of deposit, I have no doubt she would be a wonderful landlord.

Everything we wanted/needed!

We absolutely loved this house. It is a quick 10 minute drive (or 20 minute bike) to Clearwater beach or Dunedin. It's also right next to Lake Bellevue, which is beautiful with tons of wildlife as you walk around the lake, as well as a public tennis court. You are a 1 minute drive to Publix for groceries. The house has a nice private backyard and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. All of the amenities worked very well. Couldn't have found a better place for the price!
