Great house in a great neighborhood

This is a great house in a very safe, quiet and walkable neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay for 4 months. The house is super comfortable and comes well stocked with everything you could need. We loved the backyard on nice days. It is super convenient to have a washer and dryer as well. S was a wonderful and responsive host. We needed to extend our stay for a bit, and she accommodated us. It is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot on the street near the house. Greenwood is a wonderful neighborhood and we loved being able to walk down the street to go to the gym, grab a beer, get coffee, or even go to the grocery store. We highly recommend staying here and you couldn't ask for a better property owner

Greenwood/Phiney Ridge Gem

This little house was the perfect location for our first time in Seattle. It was located in a residential area (near friendly neighbors) with a library a few steps away, great places to eat and grab coffee on Greenwood, and a short walk to Green Lake. S and A were great hosts as well. We used our time in Seattle to explore the greater PNW but loved having this Greenwood gem to call our "home base."
