Cozy Place

This apartment was cozy, enough for two adults ! I also had two dogs living with me which can be a little cramp if youre thinking about bringing Furbabies! 15 mins away from TMCA and 10 mins from downtown! Monique was very responsive on anything we brought up, very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed our stay here !

Great Experience

The property had great appliances and was in great shape. A big plus was that the apartment was comfy/homey. I had a really great experience with Monique and her family. They were very nice and accommodating throughout my stay. Whenever I needed something Monique was very responsive. In terms of the location, it was a really convenient location. I was doing an internship nearby and I was a short walk from the bus that took me to my job. The same bus stop also had stops all the way to downtown Denver for when you want to explore on the weekends. If I ever need short-term housing in Denver I would hope to use this location again. I would strongly recommend this location and apartment to anyone.

Wonderful Stay

We have had the pleasure to stay with the Threet family for almost three months now, and they have been amazing hosts! They have been very accommodating to our needs, and the finished basement has given us all the necessities we've needed. As night nurses, we have had no troubles with sleeping during the day, and the whole family is so welcoming and generous. We would highly recommend staying here, as it had been perfect for us!
