Affordable & Amazing Stay!

I had a wonderful stay with Ioana! She is kind, friendly, and very welcoming, and she truly made Sacramento feel like home. The home was always clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was also extremely convenient, close to the airport, major freeways, shopping, and restaurants. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend staying with her!

Traveling Haven

Lived here in the junior suite for just over a year and always had a great time with Yoanna! She had everything I ever needed and great access to laundry and food storage. Great area to stay, 5 min away from downtown for dinner but secluded enough that there won't be a lot of people. Access to the community gated pool and gym with everything you need for a workout including an outdoor workout area.

Great value & welcoming stay

All amenities, private spaces, and shared spaces were wonderful. Good location for short drive to downtown, airport, freeways, etc. Would stay here again if I had to do it over!

Cozy home!

I stayed in the master bedroom and absolutely loved how cozy and comfortable it was! The condo is in an amazing location, and the unit is stylish, updated, and well worth the price:)

Great location, quiet home

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and peace. Overall, a good vibe and great location near the freeway and you don't hear the freeway either. Parking is easy to find and it was an enjoyable stay despite being a short one. Yoanna is an easy going person and she has everything you need to make you feel at home.

Home away from home

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic three-story condo, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. Located within a country club, the amenities are top-notch-there's a fantastic pool and a well-equipped gym just steps away. Plus, the quick access to the highway made commuting a breeze. My roommate, Ioana, truly made my experience unforgettable. She's not just a great roommate but also a lifetime friend-welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Having a private bathroom was a huge plus, and the spacious room made it easy to settle in and feel at home. With easy parking and a comfortable vibe, I'm genuinely sad to leave this place. If you're looking for a great condo experience, this is it!

Best travel oasis

This property has the perfect setup with a private bathroom for every room. The room was super accommodating, clean and convenient on the ground floor. The host is the most amazing person I met in Sacramento. The clubhouse access was the icing on the cake. This property was event I didn't know I needed or wanted. Perfect place to stay

I is best hostess ever! Super sweet person. I hated to leave here! Her home was comfy, clean, and super welcoming. Great, safe, and quiet location. It was a big plus for her to be knowledgeable about all the great food placesPerfect commute to my assignment in South Sac. I loved everything about my stay here. I will definitely book here again if Im ever back in Sacramento!

I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this property. I knew it was a good deal initially, and now that I've left I don't know if I'll find a better living situation as a traveler. The owner is welcoming, fun, and kind. She knows the city well and will offer the best dining recommendations. The property is a three story condo perfect for hosting travelers. It's a little over a year old so in great condition with modern features. I rented the 3rd floor bedroom with it's own private bath and balcony. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a deep bath tub. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, walk in closet, and a large Roku TV. New washer/dryer. Modern kitchen with everything you would need. Street parking is easy to find. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with a very nice indoor/outdoor gym and pool area. 10 min drive to downtown/midtown and 15 min drive to UC Davis Medical Center. Snatch this up, you won't regret it!

Warm, clean, and serene

If you are looking for a temporary living space that feels as though you're walking into your own home, this is the place!! It is cozy, comfortable, warm and inviting. The owner, who is funny, sweet, loving and extremely kind, makes you feel so welcome and treats you like family. She's an absolute gem! There are so many amazing areas in this home where you can relax outside of your bedroom, such as the balconies and livingroom. I loved the gym and pool area, as well as walking/jogging around the community which has an awesome view. In addition, the convenience to the surrounding hospitals, restaurants and downtown area was a bonus!! DO NOT pass up a chance to stay here. I promise, you won't be sorry!!

Great property!

Great property. Really clean and quiet. Had no issues with paying the rent. I worked at Mercy Gen and the drive was good every evening. Highly recommend

Comfy and Cozy

Words cant describe how wonderful my stay with xxx (pronounced Wana) was. She is so kind, welcoming, and friendly I really didnt want to leave! Her space is immaculate and makes you feel right at home. The house is conveniently located to downtown Sac for fun adventures and she has some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I couldnt recommend staying here more!

I am a travel RN; stayed in many places from Hawaii to Alaska! The convenience of this place; put me right where I needed to be for work or play! So safe & convenient; beautiful property; owner considerate of tenants! Felt like a real home!
