Best Place Ever!!

I literally stayed in this place for 14 months! This place is beyond comfortable with everything you need! The landlords are beyond amazing! So friendly, welcoming and quick to jump in if you need anything! During summer you have a beautiful garden and flowers right outside! Totally recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful

I had a wonderful experience staying in this little cottage. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive to me during my stay. Never had any problems with the internet, on the contrary, I had perfect reception, able to watch TV on my laptop, hold video chats with my family, ect. I was very comfortable here; wish I could have renewed my contract and stayed longer. It's within walking distance to OHSU. Lots of beautiful walking trails. Grocery store nearby. I can't say enough great things about this place. I definitely plan to return!

Lovely stay!

I had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. There are nice big windows that let in the sunlight and look out at the beautiful gardens. The cottage size is perfect for one person. C was incredibly accommodating and addressed any and all concerns I had. The wi-fi had some difficulty at the beginning of my stay and C immediately helped me to reset it and added additional mesh points. After that addition, I had no further problems. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable- especially if you work at OHSU. I definitely recommend this stay to anyone interested!

Fantastic!

This space is so perfect: safe area, great location, close to OHSU, very clean, looks just like the photos, gorgeous outdoor area! I cant say enough great things about C and D, they are so pleasant and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this property to travelers!

Garden Cottage

My 8 month stay was perfect for me! The owners of the property are extremely responsive, caring, and 100% respectful of your privacy. The only issue was with the wifi initially, but after a few troubleshooting steps, it was resolved. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and made sure, even when they were traveling, that I would have access to someone that could help. The home has a beautiful, simple style and your front door opens up to an amazing garden! Steps away from your own driveway, the home is a safe, private, and peaceful. I highly recommend this home to anyone, but especially to those looking for a tranquil environment close to some great walking paths. 10/10, 5 stars!!!

Wonderful cozy cottage

This cottage was the ideal place to live while on my travel assignment. The kitchen, washer/dryer, and amenities were all updated and in great condition. The owners responded immediately to anything I needed help with and were very friendly. My boyfriend was easily able to work from home at the cottage while visiting. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable home with beautiful views of the garden and a wonderful landlord. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunate

I don't recommend renting from this landlord. Things were great until they weren't. The landlord's response to the terrible WiFi was unprofessional. I asked for a measly discount for rent to account for the unresolved WiFi problems that I reported in the very beginning of my stay and she responded with an attitude because she "didn't have time for this". Since then I limited my communication with her unless she initiated. She also edited the description on this listing about the WiFi the day this happened. I agreed to speak in person, but we never did because she was out of town almost every weekend since and pretty much avoided the issue. If a person decides to become a landlord, they should be accountable for the responsibilities. As a tenant I am responsible for reporting such issues. She made me feel like I was bothering her. It became a very uncomfortable stay. There were other issues too long to describe here. If you don't care about WiFi and have no standards, this is your place
