Cozy stay

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Cricket's property. It was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The dogs loved the big fenced in backyard, and we had an extra bedroom for family to come stay for a weekend here and there. Everything you could need is there, the house is close to downtown and multiple hospitals. There's also a farmers market right down the street in the warmer months. Cricket was always available to answer questions and help with anything! Couldn't recommend staying here enough!

This property was an amazing place to stay during my time in Indianapolis, IN. Cricket was so welcoming and easy to communicate with during my time. The property was great as well. I did not have any issues with this property or my stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying here if they are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind from a busy day. Additionally, Cricket was able to provide her own suggestions as it relates to different things to do in Indianapolis, IN. She even had a "Welcome Packet" for me to understand the property and surrounding areas. I would also like to highlight her family as well. They were super helpful when it came to the lawn. I would be highly be staying here again if I visit Indianapolis. Thanks Cricket!

Friendly, Comfortable and Relaxing

Firstly, this house was perfect while on assignment. Everything that you would need is here including a large fenced in yard for my pup. Secondly, Cricket and the family were so kind and always so helpful if I needed anything. If I ever work back in Indy, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Travel Stay

My husband and I along with our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crickets home! She was great with communication, it never took her long to respond. She was extremely helpful when we needed it. Even before moving in she sent a full list of details on the property and how to access things. The yard was great. Such a quick commute to the hospitals downtown! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Amazing property with amazing landlords

This was such an amazing place to stay and the landlords were absolutely spectacular. The house itself was so adorable, homey, and clean. The landlord makes a lot of effort to make it feel like a home. The backyard was great for my puppy to play in. Its in a great location right next to Garfield park! The landlord was easy to talk to and fast to respond with any issues and her family took meticulous care of the lawn. They are always in contact with you and available for tips on where to visit in Indy and to make your experience a great one! 10/10

Great Stay!

This was my first time staying at a furnished finder property and I sure do hope the rest are like this! First, the landlord is wonderful. She provided a welcome packet with everything to know about the property, places to shop and eat, and really anything you would need to know. Anytime I voiced a concern to her she was on it within the hour. The property itself was clean and perfect for my stay as a travel nurse. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have pets. 5 stars!!

Wonderful home, wonderful people

Not only was the house a comfortable place to stay, working with C & family to keep things moving and working smoothly was great. Everyone worked with us & were great when it came to suggestions of food or things to do around the area and downtown! We had a wonderful experience and felt the love that this family put into their home. Thank you & would love to stay again in the future.

Such an awesome house!!

J & C are such awesome landlords, such nice people & so accommodating! The house is newly renovated & well furnished. The large backyard was so spacious, our 2 dogs loved it! The location is so close to several of the hospitals downtown about 5-10 min & the other hospitals in the Indy area not more than 30 min! Great food options nearby for takeout/delivery & the grocery store is only 10 min down the road. Youre also only a quick 5 min drive from the highway. Their brother I is also great & nearby if you need anything, we opted to have him do the lawn & he was so quick & polite! We loved staying here & you wont be either!

This property is all around great, It really gave me modern/retro vibes. The house is really close to all the fun things indy has to offer and close to all the hospitals. The owners of the property were very accommodating! The back yard is great for pets! The only downfall was the washer/dryer combo machine HOWEVER that has since been replaced with a normal washer and dryer! I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!
