Cozy studio!

This space is a studio underneath an apartment with a private entrance! It is located in a cute neighborhood that is walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops. The landlords live on site which was convenient for communication and having packages delivered. They were both so sweet and communicative! Noise was never an issue. The space has everything you need.. a fridge/freezer (there is now a bigger one than seen in the photos), sheets, towels, and all kitchen essentials (including glass Tupperware, silverware, a brita water filter pitcher, and a portable one-pot induction cooktop)! The bathroom is pretty big and comes with a lot of storage. This space was perfect for my first 3 month travel nurse contract!

Great Apartment & Amazing Landlords

I had such a wonderful experience living here. J & R are incredibly kind, thoughtful, & accommodating. You can tell theyre experienced & genuinely care about making their tenants feel at home. They had everything I couldve needed & more, which was a great convenience for my first travel assignment. The apt was clean, comfortable, private, & quiet. Some amenities have been updated since the photos, including a slightly larger fridge, making the space even more ideal for living in. The location couldnt be better. Its right near the heart of Austin, within easy walking distance to a variety of great East Austin spots. The neighborhood is safe & parking was always easy. Communication was excellent throughout my stay. J & R were always quick to respond & address any questions or issues. I felt so at home here & was truly sad to leave. I would absolutely live here again in a heartbeat & highly recommend both the apt & the landlords to anyone looking for a great rental in Austin.

Wonderful place and the most wonderful hosts

After a difficult apartment search in Austin I was the luckiest girl to find this place! I came to Austin as an exchange student from Germany and could not have wished for a better place to stay than with R and J. They are the loveliest people you will ever meet. The place is super clean and extremely well kept. It is perfectly designed and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. J and R are such caring and lovely hosts, they treated me like a family member, helped through my home sickness and were just so welcoming. The neighborhood is super beautiful and quiet, lots of coffee shops and good restaurants are within walking distance. I did not have a car during my stay in Austin but since this place is so close to several bus stops and UT I found it quite easy to get around.

AMAZING STAY!

I would definitely recommend staying here as I would even come back myself! The place is so clean and comfortable and it was right down the road from the hospital I worked at. Its a quick Uber or scooter ride to downtown. There are also some places walking distance to go grab coffee or a bite to eat. R and J were so kind and always making sure I felt comfortable staying at their studio. Theyre always looking to improve and make sure the next guest is more satisfied than the previous one, but I wouldnt even change a thing! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

Safe neighborhood

This property is in a safe and quite neighborhood. The property itself is modern, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here because it had everything I needed while at the same time, it provided me the privacy I needed which is very important to me. The landlords are gracious and very considerate. The big shower is a plus. The location was excellent and was in the proximity on where I worked. They even accommodated my cooking needs. There is a covered porch/seating area just outside your door and I really liked that as well. I highly recommend this property to any travel nurses/medical professionals. Thank you for making my short stay in Austin a good one. 5 stars!

Perfectly cozy!

Wandering Inn was the perfect place to stay during my first travel assignment! R and J were wonderful and quickly responded to any requests I had. The Wandering Inn is located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with a lot of character and friendly neighbors. The space is well designed with plenty of storage and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay!

Loved this cute little studio!

This cute little studio was absolutely perfect for my contract. Conveniently located to everything you could need. The landlords were AWESOME and great with communication!

Great stay

Cozy studio close to downtown Austin. Enjoyed my stay there during my travel nurse assignment. Quick replies and attention to anything I needed while I was there! Would recommend
