Great place to stay

I stayed at Ty’s lively place for 5 months. There are several things I appreciated and enjoyed about the place. I enjoyed: - The room was comfortable and had all the basics for great stay -Ty’s welcoming and considerate communication - The location was close to everything I needed, the bus lines are easily accessible, Kaimuki is fabulous with restaurants, yoga, and shops -People staying there were respectful of of each other I am looking forward to my next opportunity to stay at Ty’s place.

City gem

The home is beautiful and decorated nicely with thoughtful touches. The location is very convenient; close to town, my university, beaches, stores, and parks. Ty is a very kind, professional, and respectful person. He communicates well and is very prompt to address and resolve any needs of tenants. I am a clean and tidy person, so I also appreciate how he manages to match roommates who are also kind and respectful, and also maintain a clean home. A huge bonus is that myself and my dog were both very welcomed to stay here. I am grateful I found this place and highly recommend it!

From the moment I arrived Ty made me feel very welcome. He also tries to make sure everyone is a good fit which helps a lot. Place is very clean and has everything.

Couldn't ask for a better person to rent from. Ty takes pride in his property and it shows. The property is clean and nice. You can tell he put in a lot of thought into it. Ty put in a little coffee station. Respectful roommates really helps too. This was my first time travel nursing and Ty was the first person to respond to my housing requests. So lucky it was him. Ty was very gracious to talk with me on the phone prior to travelling here. He was concerned with my safety because of the hours I work and gave me a heads up on where to avoid. Gave great advice on what beaches to go to also. Property is close to many bus lines and a Safeway. The room I rented didn't come with parking but I took the bus anyway and did a lot of walking. Nice quiet environment for those who work odd hours like me, I can get sleep. If I get to come back, I will definitely be contacting Ty to see if he has availability. Highly recommend Ty and this property.

Awesome room

I had a great experience living here. The room is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is also a big plusjust a 20-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The landlord is very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help if anything comes up. Communication was smooth throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

I used to live here

Really nice people seriously , the place is welcoming , warm and so loving ! Its a place for both introvert and extrovert. So close to the beach , so close to stores , safe and amazing area , its such a blessing to have lived here

Work stay

I travel for work. Found this gem and could not be happier. I have all the privacy I need and the comfort of my home. Ty is one solid guy. Thank you. Highly recommended for short and long term rentals.

Ty has been the most helpful, most friendly, and most professional landlord my fur baby and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. This place is beautiful, serene, and safe. The layout is highly impressive, ensuring a safe space and privacy for all. I couldn't be more grateful, and feel truly blessed to have found it.

Amazing place!

Had an awesome stay at this spot in Waikiki! The place was spot on, super clean and had everything I needed. T was super chill and great with communication, always quick to help out. Plus, youre just a short walk from the beach! Definitely recommend it if you want a cool place close to the water!

Ty has been incredibly thoughtful during my stay at this accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and all the essential cooking tools, making it very convenient. The bathroom is spotless, and the bedroom is both comfortable and clean. Additionally, multiple locks provide a sense of security, allowing me to stay here with peace of mind. It's rare to find a place offering this level of convenience at such an affordable price. I'm extremely satisfied!
