Good place

Good place to stay. The area itself is a little busy due to a restaurant being right next door and a pizzeria in the same building, so there's not much privacy when you walk out do laundry. Only one dryer and washer that is shared amongst all other renters (4-5 units I think?) Sometimes parking was fully taken so it would be nice if spots said reserved for residents. I tried to inquire about a new mattress because it creaks very badly but I got no response from the landlord regarding this. Affordable and just down the road from KMRC. Overall a decent place to stay temporarily and has everything you need.

Furnished Apartment on 66

In early July, our house caught fire and we were in desperate need of housing. We found a place that KH had advertised (Furnished Apartment on 66 2.1 Miles to KRMC!). We were pleasantly surprised when we looked at the property and decided to rent it for a month while our house was being repaired. It was a great little place with modern appliances, very clean and safe! They also had laundry on-site which was a great convenience and 4 restaurants super close! Communication with K was fast and easy and All and all it was a great experience so I thought I would leave a review that was appropriate. I also want to say we did receive our security deposit back in a timely fashion, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a property!

Great, clean and quiet

I was here for a travel therapy placement. This place has great location and very clean when we got there. The free washing and drying is definitely a plus. The steak house next door has really good food, and the thai place near is very good as well. I didn't have any complaints being here. K was very helpful when we needed something. Everyone here are mostly travelers as well.
