i need my direct deposit

I had told her that I'm moving because I needed to be close to my job and I also don't have a car at the moment she agreed and I was looking for a place to stay I found it and I told her that they needed a reference and she gave a nasty review and he told me and I also send him the receipts and I was able to move out on the 28th. I have asked her to give me the deposit she went ahead and block me. And I was really going to not care about one week I was not at the house but now I want it. I cleaned my room and I have video to prove and they are dated. Please don't go to this place !!!!

Tenant signed lease. Leaving 5 weeks early broke that lease. Therefore her security deposit of $350 was not returned. I did not give a nasty review. I told them facts: "I would rent to tenant again however they did always pay late and on their own terms with little notice. So I told them to make sure they were clear on terms for late fees". They obviously chose not to rent to you, which is their choice. I never blocked you. I chose to simply email instead of text after you moved out.

Excellent place to stay, attentive landlords, walking distance to a couple bars/food places. Quick trip to Menomonie! Plus there's a coffee shop and salon right below!

Loved my stay at Downsville Rooming House!

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, spacious home. Especially loved sitting out on the sun porch, sipping tea while enjoying the beautiful view. The nurses I roomed with were so friendly and a few have become good friends. Theres a cafe below called Scatterbrain Cafe and a Hair Salon, went to both, highly recommend them. T is a wonderfully kind and caring lady. She makes sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I could have stayed much longer. Highly recommend this place over the others in Menomonie or Eau Claire. More affordable and a wonderful experience.
