Cozy Studio

I stayed here for 3 months while on a contract at Vandy. It's a 22ish min drive to the hospital. Everything was clean and cozy. I stayed alone and felt safe here! The bed is very comfortable, which is wonderful after a 12+ hour shift. There are lots of restaurants and grocery options nearby. I parked in front of the house in the cul de sac. Shane was accommodating and reasonable! I have no complaints and would've stayed longer had it been available

Great stay for solo traveling healthcare worker

Great studio apartment, that use to be a recording studio. Pretty cool, honestly. It wasn't overpriced, was within decent distance to all hospitals and grocery. The owner was easily approachable and easily available if needed. Overall, there are no complaints about my stay and would recommend booking.

I Loved This Place

Everything was great for me there. It was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was great and I had an over All great stay. S the Landlord was great and always helpful. I would recommend this place for someone to stay.

Awesome place!

Awesome place in a quiet neighborhood! The place was clean, owner was friendly and accommodating. Had everything i needed, SUPER comfortable bed, washer/dryer right upstairs, loved the space!

Thought from description this place would be awesome. Too good to be true and that it was. Not allowed to use any thing but 1 ply cheap toilet tissue. No access to heat and air. You get temp control by owner from upstairs in house. Was told not to overuse" the space heater , it was 23 degrees outside. Small fridge is smaller than a dorm fridge, freezer stayed unthawed. Not clean, baseboards filthy. Keurig doesn't work properly. Owner gave my parking in culdesac in front of house to a neighbor, had to park across from house with no street lights. Neighborhood is not safe, don't walk alone. Noise level of the family is over the top, not considerate of someone sleeping. If all you want is a bed..... do it for $$$$ a month. No way to cook a meal on a hot plate.... Creepy area 25 min commute to work at hosp. Same for Seeing Broadway attractions. Good luck

Stayed here from 9/2021 to 11/2021 and had a great time! Perfect for travelers, has all the necessities plus a little extra, and the host was super accommodating and awesome! Also the bed was super comfortable so that was a bonus!

Perfect for Travel Nurses!

I lodged at this humble abode for a little over three months during a travel assignment. It came decked out with all essential amenities and the host was very accommodating. I had virtually no issues and it was a quiet stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. The unit is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. If ever youre in the Nashville Metro Area, look no further for an inexpensive, substantial lodging experience
