Spacious 2 bedroom guesthouse

This place is fantastic!! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I work nights and this place is perfect. Property is beautiful and well maintained and my hosts were absolutely wonderful. Perfect place for a longer stay or even a great extended vacation spot. Private entrance is easily accessible, landscaping is spectacular, and apartment is spacious and lovely. The only reason I moved was because I plan on bringing my pets out as I took a full time position and will be living here permanently. Fellow travel nurses take note..... you won't find a better place anywhere!!

This was such a beautiful place to stay. It was cozy, clean and classy. The hosts were fabulous; friendly, meticulous and a shear delight to meet and chat with. We would stay here ANY time we return to the area. Book this if you ever get a chance!

I had a wonderful stay here while working at Kaiser for a month. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful neighborhood with tons of mature trees and lush landscape. It feels like you are tucked away in a quiet forest but the location is just minutes from Kaiser, downtown Santa Rosa, shopping, restaurants and more. The hosts are very kind and welcoming- they have a binder with suggestions for hiking, wineries, and activities to do in the area! The house is newly renovated with a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware and quality furniture throughout the sparkling clean place. The two bedrooms have very comfortable queen sized beds and walk in closets. I enjoyed coffee in the yard and taking evening walks around the neighborhood. It feels like home away from home- I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The Bs (and their beautiful, comfortable guest house) are such an amazing find! Stayed here for two months during a travel RN assignment and it was really hard to leave! The place has such a great feel to it- quiet, lots of nature (you can watch deer families, lizards, hummingbirds from any of the many windows with beautiful, sweeping views), relaxing, tons of space/storage, and close/convenient to EVERYTHING Santa Rosa and the surrounding area has to offer! A quick 6-minute, < 2 mile drive to Kaiser SRO, and just about anything else you can think of (restaurants, shopping, yoga, hiking, laundromat- you will need since there is no W/D available- we loved Montecito Superwash). The Bs :) are friendly, welcoming, accommodating, prompt. Wish I could have stayed here longer but on to the next adventure! Thank you B!

I highly recommend staying at Bretts Guesthouse if you are ever in the area. Brett is a great host, very accessible and kind. The place is spacious and sparkling clean (spotless). The beds are very comfortable. A nice size bathroom. The full kitchen is a big plus and has everything you need. More than anything the hilly garden is an oasis of calm and the views made for a really great end to the day. The place is a home away from home in a nice and safe neighborhood. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The guesthouse is tucked away in the back yard in a gorgeous part of town with mature oak trees and sunset views. The unit is fully stocked with all the necessities, very clean and quiet. The beds are super comfy and the living space is ample. The hosts are very welcoming and made suggestions for some beautiful walking routes around the neighborhood. The location is centrally located with easy access to many areas of Santa Rosa, but its just far enough away from the busiest areas to feel secluded and special. The neighborhood is a real gem. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I worked several months In Sonoma county and was so grateful to find this property. It is serene, well equipped and appointed.....comfortable bedrooms and living area , lushly landscaped, and in a fantastic lovely ridge line affluent neighborhood. The unit is just minutes from downtown Santa Rosa and the 101. The owners could not have been more kind, affording me a nice balance of privacy, security, and support. Would highly recommend this property to anybody working or enjoying the fruits of Sonoma county.
