Amazing stay with everything you need!

We’re so glad we found P’s home. We stayed nearly 6 months and it truly felt like our own home & space. P was so friendly, accommodating and welcoming from the start. She was able to resolve any issues/technical difficulties we had instantly. The space has everything you’d need to make it your home. The space is fully equipped from the kitchen to living/bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and having a dedicated parking space and laundry is a huge plus. The space never got too warm, and the weather here is so nice that you can always open your windows to let the fresh air in. The neighborhood/location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood located right in the middle of town, close to shops/downtown, grocery stores. We took plenty of lovely afternoon walks around the neighborhood during our time here! We hope that if we’re able to return to Santa Rosa that we’d be able to stay again at P’s. It has been a real pleasure. Thank you again!

We loved our stay!

I stayed her for a year and absolutely loved it. Very close to downtown SR restaurants, grocery stores and an incredible neighborhood for a morning/evening walk. I always felt safe and like I could reach out to the landlord/property management for anything. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Everything you need, and then some

This unit's location is optimal - just the right mix of being in the middle of a local neighborhood, while being close to one of the main arterials, with all of the shops, restaurants, and services that one would need. We had everything we wanted in the home, and were lucky to have friendly neighbors, too! We couldn't have found a kinder, more attentive host than P. She was quick to respond to maintenance requests and questions about the unit, and readily recommended restaurants in the area. I'd recommend P's unit to anyone who needs short / medium term housing, and wants the dual benefits of a residential neighborhood / central location. We loved it!

Awesome stay!

We loved our 4-month stay here! Very spacious, great location (safe neighborhood and close to main parkway), carport parking spot and street parking, plenty of storage space, comfy beds, all the necessary amenities + more! P and J were very responsive, kind, and professional. We loved taking walks around the beautiful neighborhood and exploring the endless wineries and cute downtown areas throughout Sonoma County. Highly recommend!

Perfect for my needs

I enjoyed staying here. P was a great host and recommended things to do in the area. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice to have an outdoor space. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient. A covered parking spot was also a plus. I wished for a bigger spot to put food, but that wasn't a huge deal. The shower was also good, the bathroom was small but manageable. The only other thing I wanted was a working vacuum, the one provided did not work well.

home away from home

P's home was everything two traveling workers needed. It was fully equipped, centrally located, and most importantly, comfortable.
