Beautiful ADU

I cannot say enough good things about this ADU. It has everything you’ll need and more. I enjoyed my stay so much and hated to leave. Joseph was very kind, professional, and courteous throughout my entire stay. Whenever I had a question he answered quickly. The ADU has plenty of room and has everything you would need. The area is very safe, quiet, and close to many stores. I cannot say enough good things about it. I would definitely stay here again if I worked in the area.

Great apartment in Family Residential Area

Great apartment in a residential family area. I stayed for about 2 months and had a pleasant stay. E&J were very accommodating, friendly, and responsive, and the apartment comes with everything you need to be comfortable for a short of longterm stay. Nice to have your own little parking space as well for those brigining a vehicle.

Perfect Roseville Stay

This apartment was perfect for my contract at a nearby hospital. It came fully furnished with everything I needed - plenty of linens and even cleaning supplies. Full kitchen, spacious walk in closet, couch that converts to sofa bed, and a parking spot with outdoor area. Only a 7 minute drive to nearby Kaiser hospital, 10 minutes to the mall, and 1.5 hours to Lake Tahoe. Landlords were very responsive and easy to reach - you can tell they take pride in the space.

5 star experience

I had a really great time staying here. The Eileen and Joseph were super kind and always quick to respond if I needed anything. The place felt brand neweverything inside was modern, clean, and well taken care of. I especially loved the ventilation since it kept the space feeling fresh and comfortable. I also really appreciated how private the unit felt, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe, which allowed me to feel very comfortable at all times even at night when going on a jog. On top of that, the location was perfect. I was just minutes away from literally any store I needed. Overall, it was a super convenient and stress-free stay. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone!

Adorable Modern Comfy Studio

E & J are simply kind-hearted, thoughtful & accommodating hosts. I came to CA as a travel nurse and was fortunate to stay at this property for a lengthy stay through the holidays. I remember expressing that I enjoyed the holidays. The host offered & hung Christmas lights and gave me an assortment of decor to decorate. I mean, WOW, they are far too kind. This studio is spotless, comfortable, and has everything you could need to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen is very modern, well-stocked w/ kitchenware, comfy bed, w/d, dishwasher, keyless entry, and a driveway to park your car. The studio looks exactly like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, and you often see people walking or children at play. The list is infinite of good things to say, which played a significant role in my experience as a travel nurse. The host quickly responds, is resourceful & lives near but does not bother you. You wont regret staying here; let the reviews speak for themselves.

Joseph and Eileen were a great host. They have a lovely fully furnished studio apartment that has everything you need just as the description has mentioned. I was the first renter and I would say they did a great job in building this lovely abode. Instantly I felt at home, and honestly, I did not want to leave this place. I loved my privacy and cooking time in my little granite kitchen countertop. When I was away for a trip for a few days, they were very sweet to put away my packages at the corner of the house with a lock on it. They are very easy to contact if you have any questions, and even gave me a bunch of recommendations of places to eat around Sacramento. Thank you for having me and making my first travel nursing house experience an easy one.
