It s not apartments, it s trash
This landlord's apartments are filled with mold. The landlord himself does not pay for utilities (which are included in the price according to him) and tenants go 5-7 days a month without services. The apartments are not cleaned. Almost every apartment of the landlord has a huge amount of mold, and he himself will confidently ignore you. Avoid this apartment at all costs. They are dangerous to your health.

The place was not clean as promised, found a used vaginal douche in the cabinet under the sink and hair all over the bathroom at the time of move in. There were grease marks all over the kitchen. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the landlord did not notify me that he will be bringing in potential tenants to show the studio. I was taking a shower and heard him open the door with his key and enter the studio with other people. Didnt get a heads up and even a knock on the door. They blamed me for not hearing them knock, which gives them 0 excuse to use their own key and enter the place Im leasing. TOTALLY DID NOT FEEL SAFE, especially being a young lady living alone. The place smells like dog pee and landlord rarely if ever mows the lawn.
DISGUSTING AND FALSELY ADVERTISED BEWARE
This property was falsely advertised as being clean which it was not and used pictures of a different apartment in the complex. My unit was also missing a window and smelled like wet dog the entire time I lived there. DO NOT LIVE HERE
