I had an amazing stay here! Everything you need is right in the house and is kept very clean. The location is great and very safe area! G was very responsive via text or email and able to address any household needs or answer any questions. I highly recommend this location, you wont be disappointed!

Room rental.

I rented a room from G for a one month travel contract and had a very pleasant experience. The house is almost new, everything was just as advertised: clean and fully functional. The neighborhood was super safe and had wide streets which was really nice for taking walks.

Exceptional experience

Travel Nurse. I have lived here on two occasions (multi-month stents). Home is located in a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. During my stay I have never felt an essence of discomfort from a neighborhood standpoint. Home owner maintains a professional dialogue with his tenants, provides exceptional hospitality, and welcoming to any suggestions/needs to make stay comfortable as home. Home is well maintained, clean, and has monthly cleaning service to assist. During my time here I have lived with multiple tenets all of which have been a positive experience; constructive for the hard working professional: quiet environment for studying and good sleep. To briefly mention my opinion on the home owner: prompt, big-hearted, friendly, and I hold a high degree of respect for them.

I was very happy with my decision to stay here! G is a awesome host who is very attentive to any needs and always quick to relay. The house is amazing, very spacious with great finishings and professionaly cleaned weekly, it's also a gorgeous neighborhood!

Im a traveler nurse from florida and I rented a room in this amazing house last year for 5 months, I totally recomend this place, is very clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay this is the place. Garreth also is very flexible with anything and helpful. I will always stay in this house if I ever come back to fresno area. Recomended 100%
