Absolutely wonderful place to stay
This townhome is perfectly located between St. Pete Beach (5 min drive) and downtown St. Pete (15 minute drive). It's a very easy commute to several hospitals, and you have a Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie and many local stores literally across the street. The unit is equipped with everything that you need- my husband and I showed up with a suitcase each and we didn't want for anything! There is a lovely pool and clubhouse with books, games, puzzles, a pool table, etc, for those days/nights you just want to stay in. L was a wonderful landlady, and has great experience in the St. Pete real estate market, should you be looking to rent longer term or buy after your stay. The neighbors are great, and it's particularly quiet in the summer and fall months. During the winter, lots of snowbird owners return and they are nice, quiet neighbors to have. I HIGHLY recommend renting here!
