Room for Rent Roseville CA $1,200 for 1 occupant, $1,650 for 2

Best experience!

Rhonda is the best!! I loved her house and the area of her house, its safe and has a creek and beautiful trail nearby. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Her house has many amenities including a pool, firepit, and hot tub to name a few. The house itself feels like home and is very bright and decorative with a beautiful backyard with lots of plants and fruit trees! Rhonda is so sweet, thoughtful, and funny, gives you anything you need, and shares the space well. She is a chef and the house is full of food, or fruit from the trees. She even bakes me cookies . If youre going to have a roommate, it should be Rhonda!

Such a Lovely and Warm Home!

I had a wonderful time staying at this property! R was friendly and easy to get along with, I definitely felt welcomed and accommodated. The home was quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. You have access to the whole house, backyard, and off-street parking. There is even a pool and hot tub! The backyard is spacious and lovely, its a great place to just sit outside and relax. My dog enjoyed the freedom to roam around and got along really well with Rs pets. Just behind the home is a bike bath and stream so even though youre in the city there is plenty of green space and nature around. Roseville overall was nice and I always felt safe. If I ever head back that way, I would be happy to stay here again!

Best experience ever!!! Stay here!

Where do I start? This house and grounds are GORGEOUS! the pool, the sitting areas, the fire pit, the roses and flowers and homegrown grapefruits and cherries and strawberries and lemons and veggies, it was a true oasis! R is kind, thoughtful, funny and an amazing host and now friend! Never feel uncomfortable, have free access to the whole house, laundry, garage, backyard, a private entrance, and R can cook! Often some yummy food waiting for me after a long day or an impromptu barbecue with homemade sangria! I love this place and cannot recommend it enough! Ill be going back for sure even if its just to visit and I love R! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Could not recommend it enough!

This place is perfect! The backyard, pool, and garden are so beautiful and the perfect place to unwind after a long shift. R is wonderful, she is so friendly and warm and she makes some of the best food I have ever had! I loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat!
