Best cozy stay with the nicest hosts!

I stayed here for my assignment at UW. Karen and Lisa are the nicest hosts! From the minute I got there, they had a list of places for me to shop at, explore, and eat at and it made me feel right at home. They were super accommodating and quick to respond. The place is super cozy with a super comfy bed, and the kitchenette has all you might need for an extended stay. I loved it here! Would definitely stay again.

Travel RN- amazing stay

Im waiting to board a flight but want to leave a review bc K and L and their dog were amazing hosts. Nothing but kindness and accommodation. I was always comfortable. There were even times I came home from my shift and one of them had folded my laundry. They truly care that their tenants are comfortable. They lended me a paddle board pump and offered a tent for me to use!! If you are okay with minimal cooking and just keeping the essentials in a small fridge its a great place to stay in a convenient location. I didnt want to stay downtown or pay the prices of downtown so this was an amazing fit for me. Full transparency if you are a really light sleeper you may have a hard time on some days due to the floor board and living room being above your bed. I am a light sleeper and used ear plug and was FINE. Room stays nice and cool, nice and dark, and with the earplugs I had no issues sleeping. I cant say enough great things- if youre thinking about it, do it!no regrets

I stayed at this property for a full year, and it was amazing! I would love to keep this place a secret so that I can stay anytime I visit Seattle but it wouldn't be fair to everyone else. The apartment is located just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle/Pike's Place Market. It is in a cute quiet neighborhood with great parking, something in larger cities I always worry about but not here. The apartment has everything you would need for a short or long stay. It is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. The apartment itself was very spacious and light, something I was a little worried about being downstairs. It was also so quiet I would never have known people were living upstairs. It opens onto an amazing backyard that is beautiful anytime of year! The owners are an absolute dream to know, they answered any questions or concerns I had, and their yellow lab is so sweet! I can't say enough how amazing they were and how great the apartment was. I look forward to coming back!

Home away from Home

Karen and Lisa are the best hosts/ Landlords! This place really felt like home away from home:) The property is nothing short of dreamy in the summer! The bed is super comfy! The kitchenette has a hot plate, electric skillet, electric kettle, and toaster oven, so there's not much you can't do in the kitchen. You have your own private entrance around back. Parking is free! BLACKOUT CURTAINS. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit. The location has easy access to I-5 and public transportation. There is an interurban trail right out the back gate. There's not much more you can ask for as a traveler. As if the property wasn't great enough, Karen and Lisa (and their adorable pup Toby) are an added bonus. They're very respectful of your space / privacy and they go above and beyond to help you out and make you feel welcome in their home. They even kept on eye on my pup for me when she was sick and I was working! I didn't want to leave! 10/10 would live here again in a heartbeat
