The perfect room in San Jose

Great place. Super clean and tidy. The communication with the landlord and the other renter was smooth. The family made me feel very comfortable. They even bought me a gift for Christmas. I appreciated having a parking spot because the street got very busy. Overall I rate my stay 10/10.

I loved it here, everyone was super nice and accommodating, the place was always clean and quiet, they even gave me sweet treats !! I always was comfortable! Literally nothing negative I can say

My home away from home

This property is located in such a great area it made my commute to different facilities a breeze! My main location was Lucile Packard childrens hospital at Stanford. My commute was just under 30 minutes and never once did I ever hit traffic going into work. There are a multitude of hotspots located near the home, from shopping centers, malls, gas stations, and food. The home itself felt just like that, a Home! Very peaceful and clean. I loved my room and the space I had for my belongings. I and L were wonderful host and were very tentative to my needs, always making sure I was okay, which I appreciated so much.

Truly a place to call home

From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of calmness, a wealth of peace and serenity. I had free range of the kitchen and living area. Everything was super clean and smell so good. The bathroom has a jetted tub for a relaxing bath, nice hot water and the high light for me was the water softener.my room was right next to the bathroom which was pretty much my own space. Plenty of storage space for my clothes. The area is super quite and you would never know you were a roommate because you are made to feel like part of their beautiful family. Their home is super immaculate, I felt comfortable comfortable and at home. You also get super fast Internet and a plethora of cable channels you could never be board. Israel and Lianna have beat the best thus far and Id be super happy to be able to come back. Wait did I mention they are super helpful with helping navigate around town if you are new to the area. If you are considering a stay, dont hesitate.

Definitely a gem!

The property is well kept and very clean, it is a quiet neighborhood and has been a haven and home for me during my stay in San Jose. I and his family has been very accommodating and very welcoming to me and very attentive to my needs. I definitely recommend them and their place. Thank you very much.

Felt Like Home

I absolutely loved living here for the month. They were so accommodating, friendly and great to share a living space with. The location was so close to where I was working and traffic was never horrible for me. The room was cozy and I had more than enough space, same goes for space for my things in the bathroom and kitchen area. I 100000% recommend their home and them as individuals. In the future if I need a place to stay in San Jose, I will definitely reach out to them to see if their space is available. Thank you so much Israel. I truly felt at home in your home.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great home. It is very clean and neat with a great fenced in backyard which accomodated my dogs. The landlords were wonderful, accomodating and kind. They went out of there way to make me feel welcome and at home which is so nice when you are renting a room in someone elses house. They were great with my dogs. The house was very close to downtown San Jose and very close to parks, dog parks, shops and restaurants. If you are ever in San Jose, CA I highly recommend staying at this home.
