Perfectly Blessed Home

I had a amazing stay at this home. I intentionally say home because thats immediately the feeling I received when walking in. I was there for 5 months and had everything I needed. The house was fully furnished yet had more than enough space for my things. The landlords were beyond exceptional and very response to any questions I had. Even the neighbors were so helpful! It's close to several grocery stores, the hospitals, and the freeway. This experience was truly a blessing to me and an overall great place to stay!

This home away from home was our oasis!

This is a very roomy condo stocked with absolutely everything you'll need! Easily fix a quick meal or cook virtually anything. It is bright, pleasantly decorated, and very clean. Quiet neighbors and the lovely patio was my favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. The covered parking is a big bonus in the Phoenix area. Good freeway access to get around the Valley easily. There are plenty of choices nearby for shopping and restaurants. The golf course is very pleasant for walks. The laundry facility is clean, readily available, and literally right outside the door. We couldn't have been happier with a place to live for four months. The owners, B and S, are the best! They are truly wonderful people, extremely responsive and kind. They are available to help with whatever you may need (the electricity went out in the neighborhood one evening and they quickly contacted the provider and checked on me until it was restored). We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay

We had such a great stay here! The pictures are accurate, but we were pleasantly surprised on arrival how nice the apartment really is. All the appliances work good, furniture is comfortable, very quiet area (we worked nights and had no issues sleeping during the day, we would frequently walk around the golf course at night when nobody was around). Location is definitely less young/fun than areas like Scottsdale/Chandler etc but all those places are close enough to drive to. Shared laundry was almost never in use when we needed it, covered parking is right out front. Brian and Sandy were super super nice and accommodating; they even let us buy a few extras for the apartment at their expense and extend our stay last minute. They were hands off unless we needed them and then were easy to get in contact with. Definitely recommend!!!
