Amazing Experience

Keith's place was perfect for our 9-month stay. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The home had everything we needed-from a comfortable king bed and a well-equipped kitchen to heated floors in the main bathroom and a wonderful backyard for our pup to enjoy. The location was ideal, just a short walk from downtown OCC. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and welcoming. We highly recommend Keith's place and would happily stay there again!

Fabulous location and comfortable digs

You can't get a better location than this! Walking distance to all the OCC shops and restaurants yet on a quiet street away from the commotion of the main drag. The property is very comfortable and spacious and much larger than most accommodations in this area. There's a large backyard for your pup or kids to play or just to relax with your favorite beverage and a little grilling. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Keith was a gracious host and even brought us a little local fare when we moved in. Overall it was a lovely introduction to Colorado Springs.

Well Kept Property Exceeded Expectations

Wonderful property that exceeded my expectations. The house is truly fully stocked with everything you could need for a long or short-term stay. The bathrooms are nicely upgraded and the heated floors were cozy on cold mornings. All of the appliances are well maintained and worked perfectly, the beds were very comfortable and well appointed, and the outside shed was ideal for storing our extra boxes. The neighborhood is perfect! Several neighbors introduced themselves during our first week. Everyone truly watches out for one another, and the street is surprisingly quiet. The proximity to the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City was perfect. We walked to the restaurants and shops several times and always felt safe doing so. K was always easy to deal with and helped answer any questions about the house, neighborhood, or anything else that popped up. You would be hard pressed to find a better property or landlord!
