NEWLY RENOVATED 1 BEDROOM CONDO WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS

I have zero complaints about my stay at this beautiful condo! I enjoyed the pool during the summer and everything you need is nearby. I had zero issues for the 6 months I was there. As a female solo traveler I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Myrna never failed to accommodate anything I needed in order for it to feel like a home. She was such an amazing host and I got so lucky with her. FYI the condo is on the third floor but so worth it!

Just okay

Property itself was just okay. View and pool were great! Couch was very small/hard. Kitchen utensils are very minimal- did not have most of the normal things for cooking. Knives very dull. Owner accused me of stealing hangers which were NOT present upon move in, and also placemats which she was told were placed in a drawer by the oven as they were not used. She still deducted money from deposit which I did not argue but still annoying to be accused of something you did not do :)

This was by far my favorite place I have lived while travel nursing! M was an incredible host & she went above and beyond for me to ensure that my stay was excellent. I think one of the struggles of travel nursing is never feeling quite "at home" while on assignment. That being said, for the first time since I began travel nursing, I truly felt at home and at peace while I was staying at this condo. The location is excellent, safety is ensured, & this is near the gym I utilized (Esporta). You are also near several S. Mountain hiking trails and can easily get to downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale without much of a drive. During this contract I worked at BUMCP, so I greatly appreciated the location of this condo. I also loved utilizing the pool/hot tub and also used the gym on site a couple times when my typical gym was closed. I cannot say enough great things about this place as well as M! Would happily come back anytime. Thank you again for everything, M! You are appreciated!!

Best Property

The most amazing property. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Location was central to everything and the amenities did not disappoint. Can not wait to come back and stay there on my next assignment in Phoenix.

Great Traveling Stay!

This property was perfect for me as a traveler!! It was stocked with everything I needed, the pool was great and it felt very homey. As a solo traveler I always felt very safe. The owner was very communicative, responsive, and very flexible with me. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Perfect Location, Attentive Landlord!

I couldn't have asked for a better home to begin my career as an OT! I absolutely loved this condo, it had everything I needed, it was the perfect size, and it is close to everything (Target, Walmart, LA Fitness, restaurants, Ulta, Zoyo, Arizona Mills Mall, coffee shops, etc.)! As a single female, I felt very safe. I loved being on the third floor and having an assigned parking stall. And, honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better landlord! When I moved in there wasn't any furniture on the balcony, but M ordered furniture right away. When I called about issues with the washer and dryer, the water heater, and the garbage disposal, M had someone there the very next day. She even put in a new washer and dryer and water heater. As I am moving to my next destination I find myself comparing my new home to this condo. I can only hope to find something similar, with an attentive landlord like M, which I appreciated since my family lives thousands of miles away!

Home Away From Home

As a traveling nurse it is very important to have a "home away from home" while being away from our families and homes. Hands down M opens her condo with all the bells and whistles. This property is well decorated and fully stocked with every and anything you will need while during your stay. The condo is very secure, safe, clean and in a central location. Any questions/concerns were always answered promptly within the same business day. Amenities such as pool and fitness center are well kept and extra secured with locked entry/exit. I would highly recommend this location and hope to re-visit If I ever return to Phoenix on another assignment.

Home Away From Home

This location is perfect especially if you are working at Banner University. It came equipped with needed first day supplies, has a modern upscale feel, was clean, and located close to walmart and another local grocery store. The location had plenty of restaurants and access to Arizona amenities on the plus side the pool is refreshing for the summer and fall days, the landlord was accommodating, welcoming, and understanding. Anything that came up she was responsive. Would definitely stay here again if Im ever on a contract back in Arizona.

Stunning and Perfect for a traveler

This property was quiet and so very clean, I am a night shift nurse and was able to sleep during the day with no interruptions. The property owner was amazing to work with, they maintained the condo to perfection. I can not say enough about this condo. The pool and spa area were well maintained and the view was spectacular of the mountains, sitting on the balcony was my favorite thing to do. I will be rebooking this home for my next assignment in Arizona if it is available!!!! I highly recommend this condo, it truly was a 5 star rating!!!!! Thank you M and J

Great place and host!

We are three travel nurses and we decided to move to the AirBnb we are staying for a week and luckily we find Myrna's place at Furnished Finder website which is way way better on our previous stay. The place is cozy and convenient for us in our whole stay. The host is attentive, helpful and quick to response. We found a sweet furnished pad at a great price! Typically finding a nice temp spot when traveling for work is a pain, or pricey. This helped bypass both. Highly recommend!

Awesome and Splendid Stay

Our stay in Myrnas place has been a really comfortable and convenient experience for us. Way better than our previous expensive stay from an airbnb house! She has been accommodating, hospitable and welcoming in our whole stay. She was also quick to fix some stuff that needed attention! Overall, would definitely recommend her property 10/10!!
